Who Are We?

Paul Gimenez is an impact-driven people and culture change leader, speaker and coach who brings the rigor of interdisciplinary science to design and drive evidence-based, human-centric strategies and initiatives that promote healthy, flourishing workforces optimized for business success.

Ross Asdourian is a creative strategist, producer, and AI educator who brings the corporate background of Red Bull, Ford, and NBC to a lifetime of travel in TV production. His book, "The Business of Who," is used to teach at 8 college campuses in the country, and he serves as an advisor for multiple AI startups, including SideCoach.ai and MediaShift.

The two originally worked together in 2018 at the NeuroLeadship Institute, where they found common ground facilitating the growth of people from the foundations of science and philosophy. With a passion and record for using the applied human sciences in AI and HR, they created Ratio to combine their practices and programs for change that starts today.
